Presentation: Overlapping Civil Litigation and Government (Regulatory/Department of Justice) Investigations
November 6, 2007
The current focus by the Government and regulators on rooting out corporate wrongdoing frequently results in multiple civil and regulatory/criminal proceedings relating to the same facts. On Tuesday, November 6, 2007, in connection with a one-day Practicing Law Institute seminar on managing complex litigation, our partner MaryJeanette Dee participated in a panel devoted to “Overlapping Civil Litigation and Government (Regulatory/Department of Justice) Investigations” at the PLI New York Center.
Ms. Dee practices in the areas of Internal Investigations and Regulatory and White Collar Criminal Defense.
