Presentation: Introductory Lessons on Ethics and Civility in Everyday Lawyering

On April 24, 2008, as part of a CLE program sponsored by the New York State Bar Association, our partner James Walker presented "Hot Topics on Ethics". The program was held at the New York Hotel Pennsylvania, 401 Seventh Avenue, New York, NY 10001. The topics included e-mail use and client confidentiality, and navigating corporate family conflicts.
