Several of our partners will be speaking at iiBig’s 2008 “Distressed & Turnaround Investment Forum” on May 14, 2008 in New York City. The conference will feature presentations related to the current credit crunch and the potential opportunities that exist for distressed investors and turnaround professionals.
Our partner, Larry G. Halperin will speak on a panel entitled, "Loan-to-Own, Article IX & Other Issues in Distressed Investing". In addition, our partners, Joon P. Hong, Timothy E. Lin and Nicholas A. Whitney will participate on a panel entitled, "Prolonging the Agony: The Practical Implications of an Intercreditor Agreement between 1st & 2nd Lien Lenders Following Default".
