Ms. Dee will moderate a panel at the upcoming 4th Securities Litigation Summit at the Millennium Broadway Hotel in New York City on May 29, 2008, at 9:00 a.m. The panel, "Parallel Criminal, SEC and Plaintiff Proceedings," will focus on recent noteworthy criminal cases, the current state of cooperation and waiver in criminal and regulatory investigations, and best practices for dealing with SROs.
Ms. Dee practices in the areas of Internal Investigations and Regulatory and White Collar Criminal Defense.
