Presentation: LSTA's "LCDS and TRS" Conference

Our attorneys Jon Kibbe and Jennifer Grady will speak at the LSTA's LCDS and TRS conference on June 12, 2008. The presentation, entitled "Dissecting the Documentation", will highlight key provisions in, and evolution of, documentation governing LCDS trades, and will discuss important negotiation points in heavily negotiated TRS documentation. The conference will take place at the Grand Hyatt on Park Avenue in New York.
