Presentation: LSTA's "LCDS and TRS" Conference

Our attorneys Jon Kibbe and Jennifer Grady spoke at the LSTA's LCDS and TRS conference on June 12, 2008. The presentation, entitled "Dissecting the Documentation", highlighted key provisions in, and evolution of, documentation governing LCDS trades, and discussed important negotiation points in heavily negotiated TRS documentation. The conference took place at the Grand Hyatt on Park Avenue in New York.
