Partners Joon P. Hong and Nicholas A. Whitney will speak at The 3rd Global Distressed Debt Investor Forum - Insights & Strategies for Distressed Asset Investing in an Uncertain Economy, presented by the International Quality & Productivity Centre.

Messrs. Hong and Whitney will conduct the opening workshop on September 22 at 10:00 a.m. exploring the practical implications of the provisions of an intercreditor agreement before and after bankruptcy.

The forum will be held from September 22–24, at the Marriott East Side in New York, New York.
