Scott Budlong Joins Richards Kibbe & Orbe LLP as a Partner

Richards Kibbe & Orbe is pleased to announce that Scott Budlong has joined the firm as a partner in the Corporate Department, effective July 21, 2008.

Mr. Budlong was previously Chief Securities and Governance Counsel at Marsh & McLennan. Prior to joining Marsh & McLennan in 2005, Mr. Budlong was Counsel at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP.

Mr. Budlong received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 1992, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and Head Articles Editor of the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law, and his B.A. from Amherst College in 1986.

Mr. Budlong will practice in RK&O’s securities practice group.
