On October 28, 2008, our partner James Walker will participate in a panel discussion of various ethics issues faced by corporate counsel, including access to employee e-mails and the attorney-client privilege, company e-mail policies, parent subsidiary privilege issues, the law firm internal privilege and the effect on the relationship with clients, and ethical issues relating to corporate whistleblowers and employee settlement agreements.
