For instance, RK&O corporate lawyers were leaders in developing the market for distressed debt and are today highly respected in that area of practice; our litigation lawyers are leaders in litigation concerning the most current capital markets and business disputes and in defending organizations and persons under investigation for alleged securities law violations; our regulatory and compliance lawyers are leaders in counseling on auditor independence, and other internal investigations, international securities issues and U.S. securities law compliance issues.
