She represents investment banks, broker-dealers, hedge funds and other financial institutions in connection with the purchase and sale of distressed assets. Prior to joining RK&O, Ms. Lee was an associate at Dechert LLP. Ms. Lee is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
