Andrew M. Martin focuses in investment transactions, concentrating his practice on debt and claims trading. Mr. Martin has extensive experience in the review and analysis of credit documentation relating to credit facilities in a variety of industrial sectors and specializes in primary and secondary trading documentation under both the LMA and LSTA regimes. He has been engaged by investors seeking to acquire strategic positions in the indebtedness of distressed companies, and often provides advice to these clients on related bankruptcy and restructuring issues.
