Courtney B. Thomas practices primarily in the distressed debt practice area of the corporate department. He routinely represents investment banks, broker-dealers, hedge funds and other financial institutions in connection with the purchase and sale of distressed debt.  Mr. Thomas also has extensive experience in the review and analysis of credit documentation and represents clients in connection with direct lending transactions as well as investments in syndicated loan facilities in the secondary market.  Prior to joining RK&O, Mr. Thomas was an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Mr. Thomas is admitted to practice in New York.
