She represents large financial institutions providing leveraged finance loans to fund of funds and non-bank lenders in secondary market loan trading activity. Prior to joining RK&O, Ms. Vanderson was an associate in the North Carolina and London offices of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP.
