Edward Swainston works primarily in the distressed debt practice area of the corporate department. He frequently represents investment banks, hedge funds and other financial institutions in the acquisition and sale of par and distressed debt, derivative instruments and insolvency claims. Prior to joining RK&O, Mr. Swainston trained at Lawrence Graham, and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in September 2010.
