Igal Katz practices primarily in the distressed debt and derivatives practice areas of the corporate department. He represents clients in connection with the negotiation of ISDA master agreements and collateral support documentation and provides advice to clients relating to the purchase and sale of distressed assets. Prior to joining RK&O, Mr. Katz was an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell.
