John A. Clark’s practice focuses on derivatives, lending and other debt and secured transactions within the firm’s corporate department.  His clients have included leading U.S. and foreign financial institutions, hedge funds, other end-users of derivatives, and both banks and borrowers in secured and margin lending transactions.  Prior to joining RK&O, Mr. Clark was an associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.  Mr. Clark is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
