Kimberly M. Versace focuses on securities regulatory and compliance matters, and also is experienced in corporate matters, including distressed debt transactions. She provides on-going advice to hedge funds and financial institutions in connection with the development of comprehensive compliance programs to address regulatory obligations imposed by securities laws and regulations, and advises corporations, investment banks and investment firms on compliance with disclosure requirements, insider trading rules, conflicts of interest and other legal and regulatory requirements.
