Morgan G. Macdonald is an associate in the firm's litigation department.  Mr. Macdonald assists clients with all aspects of civil and white collar criminal litigation matters, as well as regulatory compliance.  He is also active in pro bono matters.  Mr. Macdonald received his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, where he served as a staff member of The George Washington International Law Review and as a member of the school's mock trial and moot court teams.  Prior to joining RK&O, Mr. Macdonald was an associate at Fried Frank LLP.
