Paulina Spencer practices in the firm's corporate group, primarily in the distressed debt practice area. She represents investment banks, broker-dealers, hedge funds and other financial institutions in connection with the purchase and sale of distressed assets, in particular insolvency claims. Prior to joining RK&O, Ms. Spencer trained at Denton Wilde Sapte LLP (SNR Denton) where she gained experience in corporate finance, financial regulation, corporate tax, trade and project finance.
