Ryan C. Jackson practices primarily in the restructuring, lending and bankruptcy practice areas of the corporate department. He regularly represents private funds, investment banks and other financial institutions in connection with financial restructuring of distressed companies, commercial lending transactions and acquisition of assets both outside of bankruptcy and in bankruptcy proceedings. He also frequently represents clients in connection with transactions involving debt financings secured by aircraft and related assets and the acquisition of commercial aircraft. Prior to joining RK&O, Mr. Jackson was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
