Simone Tatsch practices primarily in the firm’s corporate department. She represents hedge funds, private equity firms, investment banks and other financial institutions in connection with their investments in companies in a variety of industrial sectors in the U.S. and abroad. Ms. Tatsch regularly counsels clients on issues related to the receipt of confidential information and general contractual matters. Prior to joining RK&O, while in Brazil, Ms. Tatsch worked as an in-house attorney at Microsoft and was a partner with Martins-Costa e Tatsch Advocacia, a firm she co-founded. Prior to that, Ms. Tatsch was an associate with Lippert & Cia. Advogados. Ms. Tatsch is admitted to practice in New York and Brazil.
