Wendy Harris practices in the litigation department. Prior to joining RK&O, Ms. Harris was a Counsel in the Litigation and Securities Departments at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP, an associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher and a law clerk for the Honorable Louis F. Oberdorfer and Honorable Colleen Kollar-Kotelly both of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Ms. Harris has represented US and foreign companies in international arbitrations, Federal and state court and before US regulatory agencies in matters involving general civil litigation, securities law, and antitrust regulation.

She is admitted to practice in New York and in the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

• Recipient of the 2008 Above & Beyond Pro Bono Achievement Award, given by Sanctuary for Families in recognition of her pro bono work on behalf of victims of domestic violence and their children
