William Q. Orbe is a founding partner of Richards Kibbe & Orbe LLP. His clients include hedge funds, private equity funds, finance companies, investment banks, banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions.

Mr. Orbe specializes in investment and financing transactions, including private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, mezzanine capital, venture capital investments and structured investments. more +

Mr. Orbe also specializes in the formation and capitalization of private investment funds and finance companies, and in the acquisition and sale of private fund managers.

He regularly provides advice to fund managers and finance companies on securities regulatory and compliance matters, trading questions and other aspects of their ongoing operations.
