Catherine currently resides in the firm's New York office and practices in the firm’s Corporate Department. She represents hedge funds, private equity funds, investment banks and other financial institutions in connection with U.S. and offshore investment and financing transactions, including private equity investments, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions. She also advises clients on fund formation, general corporate and regulatory matters.
Catherine received her law degree, magna cum laude, in 2000 from the University of Michigan Law School and her undergraduate degree in 1996 from Penn State University.
