CARL WINKWORTH concentrates in complex international debt restructurings and reorganizations and distressed debt transactions. He regularly represents creditors (including secured lenders and bondholders) and debtors, with a focus on cross-border insolvency issues in the United Kingdom, the United States and throughout Europe. He received his M.A. with honors in Law from Cambridge University in 1995.
