EXPERIENCE

• We defended a joint venture partner and its principal in a AAA arbitration (and related litigation) involving a covenant not to engage in competitive activities, breach of contract and valuation of a multi-dimensional business unit. Through a two-week arbitration against the division of a Fortune 500 company, our client prevailed and was awarded monetary damages.
