Gianna C.T. Quach practices in the firm’s corporate department, primarily in the securities advice, private equity and mergers and acquisitions practice areas. She advises hedge funds, private equity funds, investment banks and other financial institutions on public and private equity transactions, securities laws exemptions and restrictions and general corporate and regulatory matters. Prior to joining RK&O, Ms. Quach was an associate at Ibrachy & Dermarkar in Cairo, Egypt and, prior to that, an associate in the New York office of O'Melveny & Myers.
