Jonas Blank practices in the firm’s corporate department. He represents banks, hedge funds, private equity funds and other financial institutions in domestic and international private equity and venture capital investments, and represents banks, hedge funds, private equity funds, companies, boards of directors, and special committees in all types of mergers and acquisitions transactions, including public and private company mergers, leveraged buy-outs and going private transactions. He has also represented issuers and selling shareholders in domestic and international initial public offerings. Prior to joining RK&O, Mr. Blank was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Mr. Blank is admitted to practice in New York.
