Keith N. Sambur practices in the firm’s corporate department, and specializes in bankruptcy and restructuring matters. He represents hedge funds, investment banks and other financial institutions in connection with strategic investments in troubled or highly-levered companies. He provides clients with a deeper understanding of the bankruptcy process and is experienced in the review and analysis of high-yield credit documents for the development of trading strategies. Prior to joining RK&O, he was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute.
Mr. Sambur is admitted to practice in New York and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
