On February 5, 2010, BusinessWeek quoted the testimony of Richards Kibbe & Orbe partner Jon Kibbe, who appeared before the Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Judicial Conference United States focused on controversial pending amendments to Bankruptcy Rule 2019. During the hearing, Mr. Kibbe described both legal and practical reasons the proposed investor disclosures should not be required.
