On Monday, May 17, 2010, Richards Kibbe & Orbe LLP partner Brian S. Fraser was quoted in the Bloomberg article "Bond Insurer's Pledge to Keep Ratings Was 'Puffery,' Courts Say." This article describes a recently dismissed lawsuit in which the operator of the Louisiana Superdome sought to recover premiums paid to FGIC before the bond insurer's bond rating was adjusted, causing yields to rise, in February, 2008.
