Neil Binder named Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America

Richards Kibbe & Orbe LLP partner Neil S. Binder was selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. Mr. Binder focuses on complex commercial and financial litigation and has extensive trial and appellate experience. Mr. Binder has represented clients in a wide range of civil matters from the pre-complaint stage through trial and appeal. His clients include investment banks, commercial banks, insurance companies and hedge funds.

The LCA is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellowship in the LCA is highly selective and by invitation only. Fellows are selected based upon excellence and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation.
