In addition to this case and the Madoff case, Mr. Richards served as SEC Special Compliance Counsel, Receiver and Trustee in the liquidation of four other securities firms and three major insider trading cases. He was also appointed as the Independent Examiner in United States v. Computer Associates International, Inc.
