Walker co-presented the "High Tech/High Impact Ethics" session at the National Employment Lawyers Association New York City Conference on Representing Employees, held at the Yale Club of New York City.  Mr. Walker discussed ethics issues pertinent to the use of technology in the representation of clients, and developments in ethics and caselaw governing the use of information on social media sites in litigation.
