Richards Kibbe & Orbe LLP partners Paul A. Leder and William P. Barry participated in a roundtable titled “International Anti-Corruption Enforcement – Impact of Regulatory Developments” on January 17, 2012.

The roundtable was sponsored by the Cross-Border Group, a private forum consisting of senior compliance, legal and risk officers from 175 global financial firms. Messrs. Leder and Barry were joined by colleagues from McGuire Woods (London), Veirano Advogados (Sao Paulo) and Jun He (Beijing/Shanghai) to discuss current trends and global regulatory mandates concerning corruption and bribery. It included practical perspectives and anti-corruption compliance strategies for companies with connections to the U.S., U.K., Latin America and China.
