On December 22, 2008, Richards, Kibbe & Orbe partner James Q. Walker participated in a panel discussion of critical ethical issues currently faced by corporate counsel. The topics included ethical issues relevant to business negotiations, responsibilities of the law firm/legal department to supervise subordinate attorneys, e discovery, a Sarbanes Oxley professional responsibility update, multijurisdictional practice, and conflicts of interest.
