On October 28, 2008, Richards Kibbe & Orbe LLP partner James Q. Walker participated in a panel discussion of various ethics issues faced by corporate counsel, including access to employee e-mails and the attorney-client privilege, company e-mail policies, parent subsidiary privilege issues, the law firm internal privilege and the effect on the relationship with clients, and ethical issues relating to corporate whistleblowers and employee settlement agreements. The program took place in The Great Hall of the New York City Bar, 42 West 44th Street, New York, N.Y.
