Several of our partners spoke at iiBig’s 2008 “Distressed & Turnaround Investment Forum” on May 14, 2008 in New York City. The conference featured presentations related to the current credit crunch and the potential opportunities that exist for distressed investors and turnaround professionals.
Richards, Kibbe & Orbe's partner, Larry G. Halperin spoke on a panel entitled, "Loan-to-Own, Article IX & Other Issues in Distressed Investing". In addition, partners, Joon P. Hong, Timothy E. Lin and Nicholas A. Whitney participated on a panel entitled, "Prolonging the Agony: The Practical Implications of an Intercreditor Agreement between 1st & 2nd Lien Lenders Following Default".
