On Tuesday, November 10, 2009, Partner MaryJeanette Dee participated in a panel at the Practising Law Institute (PLI) "Bet the Company Litigation 2009: Best Practices for Complex Cases" conference. The panel focused on "Internal Investigations," including the adequacy of Upjohn warnings, multiple representations of a company and its employees, and conducting internal investigations in the context of ongoing government investigations or civil litigation.

Practising Law Institute is a non-profit continuing legal education organization chartered by the Regents of the University of the State of New York, founded in 1933.
