On Friday, November 20, 2009, Richards Kibbe & Orbe partner James Q. Walker participated in a panel discussion on ethics issues facing corporate in-house counsel at the Third Corporate Counsel Institute, which was held at the Radisson Martinique on Broadway. The panel discussion included internal investigations, corporate assertions of the attorney-client privilege, corporate criminal liability, and e-discovery, as well as the implications of New York's new Rules of Professional conduct.
