Halperin participated in a panel discussion titled "Restructuring: Evaluating and Implementing the Best Option for Your Situation" at the ACI's 2nd National Forum on Commercial Loans: Creditor Strategies for Maximizing Recoveries and Resolving Conflicts held in New York City. This panel discussed factors to consider when evaluating a course of action in relation to a restructuring, as well as methods to determine the appropriate options for one's situation, decipher when bankruptcy is the best available option, and prepare for the role of bankruptcy creditor.
