On April 22, Richards Kibbe & Orbe LLP partner Jon Kibbe spoke at the 2010 Spring Meeting of the American Bar Association in Denver, Colorado. His presentation, which focused on legal developments affecting commercial loan participations, was part of a program sponsored by the Uniform Commercial Code Committee of the ABA entitled "The Rights Of A Beneficial Owner When It Lives Vicariously Through A Record Owner: Securities Held Through Securities Intermediaries In DTC, Mortgage Loans Held Through MERS As Record Owner And Loan Participations."
