On October 13, 2010, Richards Kibbe & Orbe LLP partner Jon Kibbe spoke at the LSTA 15th Annual Conference in New York City. He participated in two panel discussions. The first focused on the evolving legal and regulatory concepts that govern how loan market participants handle material non-public information and is titled "MNPI, the Sequel: How Legal Debt to Equity & Regulatory Developments are Redefining Our World." The second focused on the growing secondary market in trade (and other financial) claims, which in some respects parallels the existing secondary market for commercial bank loans, and is titled "Trade Claims."
