While we have a thriving, sophisticated practice and the technological and support resources associated with New York's finest large firms, we work hard to preserve the values and character of the small firm that we founded 15 years ago. One measure of our success is that we have built a loyal clientele that includes many of the world’s major investment banks, companies and accounting firms and many of the country’s most successful hedge funds. Our clients look to us to help them work through novel and complex problems; we are looking for people who want to help craft new approaches and new answers.

We work strategically and collaboratively with our clients and with each other. Our hands-on approach to legal work at all levels of the firm creates a mutually rewarding experience for our lawyers and the clients we serve.

We give our associates continuous guidance, challenging work and real responsibility so that they may develop their skills and become trusted advisors to our clients. We have a low associate-to-partner ratio, and our more junior attorneys work directly with partners and clients on a routine basis.
