Timothy Lin specializes in lending transactions. He regularly represents investment banks, private equity funds, hedge funds, and CLO/CDOs in connection with debt financings, including senior secured financings, first and second lien facilities, mezzanine financings, DIP facilities, cash-flow financings, asset-based financings, acquisition financings, chapter 11 exit financings, and unsecured financings. In addition, Mr. Lin is experienced in reorganizations and workouts, including debt restructurings, consensual collateral dispositions, and 363 sales. Recent transactions include:

• Represented a major investment bank as administrative agent and lead lender in connection with a first lien credit facility to a health care services company;
• Represented a major investment bank as administrative agent and lead lender in connection with a second lien credit facility to a manufacturer of vacuums and small appliances;
• Represented a hedge fund in connection with a second lien facility to finance the acquisition of a wireless communications business;
• Represented a hedge fund in connection with a term loan facility to finance the acquisition of a clothing retailer.
