Adam Colman practices in the firm’s Corporate and Finance Transactions department, specialising in distressed debt and claims trading and lending transactions. Mr. Colman frequently represents investment banks, broker-dealers, hedge funds and other financial institutions on the purchase and sale of distressed assets. Mr. Colman currently serves on the LMA secondary documentation committee which continually reviews and updates the market standard documentation for par and distressed debt transactions and other issues affecting the European loan market. more +
Prior to joining RK&O, Mr. Colman spent three years working in the loan trading team at Deutsche Bank AG, London. Mr. Colman has also completed a six month secondment with a private equity firm, assisting them with the set-up of their distressed debt investing desk and a three month secondment assisting a tier one investment bank with its due diligence whilst preparing its bid for an aviation loan portfolio.
Mr. Colman is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales.
