Andrew Fried practices in the firm’s Corporate & Finance Transactions Department and primarily assists clients with a variety of agreements related to their on-going business operations, including non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, software licenses and other agreements.
Prior to joining RK&O, Mr. Fried was Assistant Vice President in the Wholesale Banking Financial Crimes, Risk and Compliance Group at Wells Fargo, principally focused on third party risk management pursuant with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Mr. Fried was previously a litigation associate with Squire Patton Boggs and Bryan Cave LLP. As a litigation associate, Mr. Fried represented public and private companies, financial institutions and individuals in all phases of civil litigation, including complex contract and security disputes, multinational patent infringement, and labor and employment matters. Mr. Fried served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael Ponsor, United States District Court Judge for the District of Massachusetts, and twice represented the United States at the International Moot Courts in The Hague.
