Andrew Podolin is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. He represents and advises institutional and individual clients in complex litigations, regulatory and white collar proceedings and internal investigations.

Mr. Podolin earned a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he served as the Head Articles Editor of the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law and was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He earned a B.A. with distinction from Cornell University. more +

Prior to joining RK&O, Mr. Podolin was an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Analisa Torres of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
