A member of both the New York and District of Columbia bars, Mr. Daniels regularly litigates in the New York courts, where he has substantial trial experience. As one judge commented following the conclusion of a trial in which Mr. Daniels acted as lead counsel for the plaintiff, “As great as the lawyers are in the Commercial Division—and they are great at arguing motions—they are not all good trial lawyers. And you are good.”
