Jacob Taber is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. He represents and advises institutional and individual clients in complex civil litigations, regulatory and white collar proceedings and internal investigations.
Mr. Taber earned a J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he served as an Executive Editor of the N.Y.U. Law Review and was a Florence Allen Scholar. He earned a B.A. magna cum laude from Columbia University.
Prior to joining RK&O, Mr. Taber was an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Henry F. Floyd of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Mr. Taber is admitted to practice in New York, the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, and the Fourth Circuit.
